We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining cutting equipment, ensuring high-quality output while adhering to production schedules. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of cutting processes and techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Load material onto the cutter and supervise it during the process
- Ensure accurate cutting and trimming according to job specifications
- Check the quality of the work done and report any errors during the cutting process
- Unload the finished product and prepare it for the next stage of production
- Ensure proper calibration and setup of the cutter based on specific job requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the cutter to ensure optimal performance
- Package the finished product and print the waybill for shipment
- Use the management system during the different stages of processing
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the role in structured companies
- Good knowledge of cutting machinery (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the use of a PC
- Willingness to work shifts
