## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team. As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for applying powder coating to various metal parts and products. This is a hands-on role that requires precision and attention to detail.
## Duties
- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray guns or other application methods
- Monitor the curing process to ensure a high-quality finish
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner
## Skills
- Experience with power tools and hand tools
- Ability to weld and fabricate metal parts
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of auto painting techniques is a plus
- Experience with construction painting is beneficial
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and cranes
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
