Workday Integration Developer to support a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role will focus on integration development, production support, and interface design across critical HR and payroll systems.
This is an immediate need for a hands-on technical resource who can step in quickly, stabilize existing integrations, and contribute to new development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Development & Support
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, and Benefits systems
- Develop and enhance interfaces between Workday and external vendor platforms (e.g., benefits providers, third-party systems)
- Support inbound and outbound data integrations, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (break/fix) in a timely manner
Technical Execution
- Work with Workday Studio, APIs, and integration tools to build scalable solutions
- Analyze existing integrations and recommend improvements or optimizations
- Handle end-to-end integration lifecycle, from requirements through deployment
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Provide clear updates on issue resolution, risks, and progress
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integration Development
- Proven experience supporting:
- Workday HCM
- Payroll integrations
- Benefits/vendor integrations
- Experience with:
- Workday Studio
- Workday APIs
- Data transformation and interface development
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues in live environments
- Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing or stakeholder-facing roles
