What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Associate position at Pivotal Tax Solutions LLC?
The Administrative Department is adding members to it's growing team. This opportunity provides support to all other departments and staff at Pivotal Tax Solutions LLC. The primary duties include: gathering data from governmental agencies, preparing documents to submit to these agencies, receiving and processing incoming correspondence, and updating and maintaining the database and internal calendars. The Administrative Department works as a team while still completing individually assigned tasks each day.
Daily Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Informational research using a variety of tools
Data entry into computer-based systems and spreadsheets
Mail Processing
Drafting documents through websites and hard copy
Answering inbound phones
Calendaring
Document Scanning and Copying
