POSITION PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual will play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders while driving full-cycle recruitment across US corporate and retail functions. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Strategy
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and support sourcing through offer negotiation and finalization
• Influence hiring decisions by advising on recruitment strategies, candidate profiles, assessment methods, and final selection
• Manage requisitions, job postings, and external agency partnerships
• Partner closely with hiring managers to guide best practices and ensure an efficient, effective hiring process
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and present qualified talent with clear, concise summaries
• Partner with leadership to proactively forecast hiring needs and develop talent acquisition plans aligned with business goals
• Ensure equitable and inclusive hiring practices are embedded throughout the recruitment lifecycle Candidate Experience & Coordination
• Oversee interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, maintaining timely communication and a high-touch experience throughout the process
• Continuously evaluate and enhance the candidate experience by gathering feedback and implementing improvements
• Ensure consistent employer branding and messaging throughout all candidate interactions Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and industry networks
• Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines aligned with business needs
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and hard-to-fill roles
• Engage and nurture talent communities for future hiring needs Process Improvement & Reporting
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics, pipelines, and hiring progress; provide regular, data-driven insights
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and consistency
• Leverage data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization across the hiring process
• Support or lead implementation of new recruiting technologies or tools as needed Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
• Partner with HR and business leaders across regions to align hiring strategies with organizational goals
• Build strong working relationships across departments, fostering collaboration and alignment
• Collaborate with HR partners on onboarding and workforce planning initiatives
• Support global hiring initiatives and ensure alignment with regional compliance and practices
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience
• 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across office and retail positions • Demonstrates a proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse working styles
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to clear communication
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools preferred
Schedule
This is a hybrid role based in New York City with an in office expectation of 3 days per week, typically Tuesday through Thursday. Some weeks may require a fourth day in office.
Typical working hours are approximately 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Employment Structure
This role is expected to begin as a contract engagement, likely for 6 to 12 months, with potential for longer term opportunities depending on business needs.
