We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong communication skills, a passion for luxury products and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment in our 'Chicago Showroom. Compensation for this Inside Sales position is a competitive mix of base salary plus a monthly commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing clients in person, via phone, email and online platforms to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate on interiors projects, including client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development, and management of budgets and schedules.
- Resolve customer concerns regarding products and services to ensure a positive customer experience
- Create detailed and accurate sales quote detailing selected products, quantities, and pricing, presenting timely and professionally, with appropriately timed client follow-up.
- Using Salesforce, maintain accurate records of all communications, quotes and client interactions.
- Strive to achieve and exceed sales goals given by showroom
- Collaborate as a team to generate new clients and cultivate sales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Suite – Word/Excel/Powerpoint
- Microsoft Outlook – Inbox Management
- Experience in Salesforce a plus, or other CRM system
- Minimum of two years of inside sales experience, order processing, payment deposits
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Physical Requirements- must be able to lift and move up to 10#
- Sitting, standing and walking throughout the day
