Clinical Pharmacy Specialist – Emergency Department
Location: Wilmington, Delaware
Join a nationally recognized health system as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist supporting the Emergency Department. This role provides direct patient care, medication management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and clinical pharmacy services in a fast-paced pediatric environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about optimizing medication therapy and improving outcomes for pediatric patients while serving as a valued member of the healthcare team.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM.
Requirements:
- PharmD required
- PGY-1 Residency OR 5 years of pediatric hospital pharmacy experience required
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong clinical and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
