We are seeking a Business Development Supervisor to lead a team of 5-6 representatives and serve as a key link between Marketing and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives
- Manage lead flow and ensure effective follow-up processes
- Partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams
- Analyze campaign performance and business development metrics
- Create reporting and performance insights for leadership
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Support marketing campaign strategy and execution
What We're Looking For:
- Prior people leadership experience is the top priority
- Experience managing business development, inside sales, lead generation, or similar teams
- Strong analytical, reporting, and process improvement skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Industry experience is open and flexible
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $61,000 - $92,000
