Personal Injury Attorney (Trial Litigator)

About the Opportunity
A growing plaintiff-focused litigation firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its Boston office. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator looking to take ownership of a high-volume caseload while gaining significant courtroom exposure and advancing their trial skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury matters, particularly motor vehicle accident and PIP cases, and be comfortable managing cases through all phases of litigation. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and court appearances
- Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide exceptional service throughout the legal process
- Prepare cases for trial and participate in courtroom proceedings as needed
Qualifications
- Active, in good standing, state bar membership
- 2 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Experience handling motor vehicle accident and PIP cases is highly preferred
- Ability to effectively manage a high-volume caseload
- Strong writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities
- Trial experience or a strong interest in developing trial skills is a plus
