In our Temecula office, we are currently hiring a Verizon Team Member to join us for this summer and beyond. As a Verizon Team Member for Pivotal Executive Group, you will be the face of our company, working directly with residential customers to provide support, answer questions, and assist with Verizon sales enrollments.
This Verizon Team Member position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to build professional skills in communication, teamwork, and customer interaction. All Verizon Team Members who enter this position can work with members of the Sales, Customer Service, and Client Communications teams to gain the knowledge necessary to succeed in the role.
What You’ll Do as a Verizon Team Member
- Interact face-to-face with residential customers in a professional sales setting
- Provide clear and accurate information about Verizon services
- Assist customers with account setup and service options
- Problem-solve with information gained during entry-level Verizon Team Member meetings
- Deliver a positive and helpful customer service and sales experience
- Work collaboratively with other Verizon Team Members to achieve daily goals
- Maintain a reliable and consistent work ethic in a full-time sales role
