Pivotal Executive Group is seeking a motivated entry-level Client Service Representative to join our team in Temecula, CA. The entry-level Client Service Representative will work directly with residential customers to provide information about Verizon services, assist with account setup, and ensure a positive customer experience.
This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction and want to develop strong communication and customer service skills. Our Client Service Representatives introduce telecommunications options to new and existing consumers, and work to build positive customer relationships through in-person sales and customer service.
