What You’ll Do:
Lead Culture & Engagement Initiatives:
- Design and execute memorable events that bring our team together—from holiday celebrations to fantasy football drafts and community service projects.
- Be the go-to person for all things culture, ensuring every event reflects our values and energizes our people.
Drive Recruiting Success:
- Plan and attend campus recruiting events at top universities (UNF, Flagler College, UF), representing Pivot CPAs and connecting with future talent.
- Manage social media campaigns to showcase our vibrant culture and attract candidates who share our values.
- Communicate directly with potential interns and new hires, guiding them through onboarding and making them feel welcome from day one.
Champion Employee Experience:
- Foster cross-team connections through creative initiatives.
- Publish a monthly newsletter that keeps everyone informed and inspired.
- Keep our internal app updated with the latest staff info, events, and communications.
Collaborate on Marketing:
- Work with our marketing partners to create compelling content and keep our social media and website fresh and engaging.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, event planning, or culture-building.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and a natural communicator.
- Professional, dependable, and a true team player.
