Game Day Operations:
- Lead 1933 Club operations for all Steelers, Pitt football games, concerts, and other stadium-wide events.
- Serve as the main point of contact for resolving incidents involving guest relations, medical, security, ticketing, and staffing in 1933 Club.
- Manage staffing logistics, including scheduling, payroll, position assignments, and supervision of Club Staff.
- Develop and distribute game-day resources such as supervisor checklists, team member info sheets, and sign-in sheets.
- Assist with the other Club spaces as needed, when additional support may be required.
- Coordinate with prospective and existing clients to plan events within the 1933 Club.
- Manage all aspects of event planning, including client communication, proposals, contracts, floor plans, work orders, invoicing, and payments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments (e.g., catering, security, maintenance) and external vendors.
- Oversee event execution from load-in through load-out, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Assist and oversee Stadium Club events in all spaces when required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree ~ preferred fields include Hospitality/Sports Management, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
- Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in event planning, venue management, or hospitality/event operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to lead a team and manage high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, event management platforms (e.g., ABI MasterMind, TripleSeat. Social Tables)
- Detail-oriented with a client-first mindset
