Job Description
Sales Development Representative
Job Summary:
The Sales Development Rep will provide support for Account Executive’s by reaching out to prospective customers to gain leads for the sales department and assist with other sales related needs.
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for new lead generation and prospecting
- Qualify potential customers and identify key decision-makers to forward leads to Account Executives or Team Leads
- Execute outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social media to generate interest and set appointments
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach efforts with ABM strategies
- Focus on market research to identify prospects and build target lists based on company-defined criteria
- Conduct daily cold calls/emails to prospective clients
- Research and identify new leads within the target market, using tools like ZoomInfo
- Work closely with Account Executives to pass on qualified leads for deeper engagement and closing
- Maintain detailed records of prospecting activities in CRM
- Track lead activity, including inbound leads from marketing efforts and outbound touches Monitor and report on performance metrics such as new lead generation, conversion rates, and appointments set

Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED
- Good customer-service skills/etiquette
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent Excel and Word skills and database skills
- Multi-tasking abilities and repetitive task management
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Researching skills
