Join our dynamic dental team as a Treatment Plan Coordinator, where your expertise will directly contribute to delivering exceptional restorations and supporting complex dental procedures. In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with dentists, specialists, and the entire chairside team to ensure smooth surgical operations.
Responsibilities
- Proven 3-5 years experience assisting in providing digital treatment plans for surgical cases.
- Create video reviews and/or coordinate and execute live online reviews.
- Design surgical guides---tooth born and bone born guides.
- Keep up with HOLD cases and communicate with offices on getting these approved.
- Communicate with offices when files are needed for cases.
- Align files in Exocad—pre-op, day of surgery, and post op scans.
- Assist digital design team as needed on case diagnostic planning and designs.
- Day of surgery file alignment and InstaRisa PMMA design.
- QC all full arch design cases —diagnostics, bar designs, PMMA, zirconia.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Exocad.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, dental terminology, and anatomy knowledge relevant to general dentistry and pediatric dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with the team.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
