Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Surgical Team Member, where your expertise will directly contribute to delivering exceptional patient care and supporting complex dental procedures. In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with dentists, specialists, and the entire chairside team to ensure smooth surgical operations, uphold the highest standards of infection control, and provide a welcoming environment for patients. Your proactive approach and technical skills will help us maintain efficiency, safety, and comfort in our state-of-the-art dental practice.
Responsibilities
- Proven 3-5 years experience assisting in providing treatment plans for surgical cases.
- Create video reviews and/or coordinate and execute live online reviews.
- Design surgical guides---tooth born and bone born guides.
- Keep up with HOLD cases and communicate with offices on getting these approved.
- Communicate with offices when files are needed for cases.
- Align files in Exocad—pre-op, day of surgery, and post op scans.
- Assist digital design team as needed on case diagnostic planning and designs.
- Day of surgery file alignment and InstaRisa PMMA design.
- QC all full arch design cases —diagnostics, bar designs, PMMA, zirconia.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a dental clinic setting with knowledge of dental equipment, sterilization procedures, and infection control practices.
- Proficiency in dental assisting techniques including chairside assisting, dental instrument processing, and oral surgery support.
- Familiarity with Exocad.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, dental terminology, and anatomy knowledge relevant to general dentistry and pediatric dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with the team.
