Classroom Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Classroom Teacher to inspire and educate students across various age groups. Duties

• Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and special education needs.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and incorporate innovative learning technology to enhance classroom engagement and facilitate remote or hybrid instruction when needed.
• Manage classroom behavior through effective classroom management techniques, creating a positive and inclusive environment conducive to learning.
• Assess student progress regularly through standardized testing, formative assessments, and informal evaluations; adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Provide individualized tutoring and academic advising to support students with diverse learning styles, including those with autism or special education requirements.
• Develop creative writing exercises and proofreading activities to bolster literacy skills while fostering self-expression among students.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to develop curriculum development initiatives that promote childhood development and early childhood education principles.

Requirements

• Proven classroom experience with a strong background in teaching children of various ages; preschool experience or early childhood education certification preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning technology tools, and digital resources for effective instruction delivery.
• Knowledge of literacy education, math instruction techniques, behavior management strategies, and childhood development milestones.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or special needs; familiarity with Montessori or other alternative educational approaches is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues; ability to provide clear instructions and constructive feedback.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners while maintaining high standards of educational excellence.
