We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join our team as a 4th/5th Grade Teacher. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a supportive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that encourages upper elementary students to reach their full academic and social potential. You will design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards, monitor student progress, and maintain strong communication with families.
Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Excellence: Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans in core subjects, including Mathematics, English Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies.
- Differentiated Learning: Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and interests of students, providing individualized support and intervention where necessary.

Required Qualifications
