Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Welcome and assist students, parents, staff, volunteers, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare and type correspondence for school administration
- Maintain accurate student enrollment and withdrawal records
- Complete reports and clerical tasks as assigned by the principal
- Monitor and maintain office and instructional supply inventories
- Ensure availability of commonly used forms for staff
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs when needed
- Assist students and parents with medication needs
- Collaborate with Sunshine Committee and Bookkeeper with staff morale and social events
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient front office environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the principal
