Pitlik & Wick is looking for a professional, organized, and self-motivated Seasonal Operations Support Coordinator to support our busy construction season.
This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, employees, vendors, and visitors while helping keep daily office operations running smoothly during our peak season. The right person is confident, dependable, able to handle a fast-paced environment, and comfortable communicating with a wide variety of personalities.
What You’ll Do
- Answer and direct phone calls while providing professional and helpful customer service
- Route estimate requests to the appropriate departments
- Monitor camera systems and trucking traffic
- Serve as the front office contact for customers, employees, truck drivers, vendors, and visitors
- Support day-to-day office operations, organization, and administrative tasks
- Prepare letters, emails, forms, and internal communications
- Assist with general coordination tasks
- Maintain office organization, common areas, and supply inventory
- Support management and team members with special projects and seasonal initiatives
- Help maintain a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment
- Stay productive and organized during both busy and slower periods throughout the day
