What You’ll Do:
- Drive Revenue & Build Relationships: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, developers, general contractors, facility owners, and other key decision-makers.
- Manage the Project Lifecycle: Oversee projects from the initial inspection and proposal phase through to completion, coordinating with our production team to ensure exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the Client's Trusted Advisor: Guide clients through every step of the process, providing clear communication and expert advice, including managing insurance claims when applicable.
- Represent the PITCH Brand: Be the face of PITCH Commercial in the Florida market, building our reputation at industry events, networking functions, and trade associations.
What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience in commercial roofing sales or a similar client-facing, revenue-generating role.
- A proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing key accounts.
- Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability and willingness to travel to clients and job sites across Florida.
