What Does the Job Require?
We’re hiring a full-time entry-level Technician to help support our growing service department. You’ll assist with maintenance, inspections, and repairs on powersports vehicles, from side-by-sides to motorcycles to tractors. You’ll also help the senior techs, learn the ropes, and take on more responsibility as you grow.
You’ll be expected to:
- Perform basic service tasks: oil changes, tire replacements, brake pads, etc.
- Use diagnostic tools and follow repair procedures
- Communicate clearly with the service manager and team
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Track work using shop software and notes
- Support shop operations and follow daily task assignments
- Maintain professionalism and attention to detail, even under pressure

What Work Schedule Is Required?
Full-time, on-site. Monday - Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays depending on customer volume. We keep a clean, organized shop with steady work and real support.

Education Requirements / Skill:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Trade school or technician training preferred but not required
- Basic mechanical knowledge expected
- ASE/SAE certification is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow is non-negotiable
