We’re growing fast and looking for a skilled, motivated Framing Crew Foreman to join our team and lead residential framing projects.
Position: Framing Foreman
Location: Local, year-round work
Start Date: Immediately
Compensation: Up to $100,000 per year depending on experience
What You'll Do:
- Supervise and work alongside a residential framing crew
- Read and interpret plans
- Coordinate daily tasks and crew assignments
- Ensure quality control, safety, and timely job completion
- Frame walls, sheet walls, set roofs, and sheet roofs
What You Bring:
- Proven framing experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage a crew
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- Must show up and give your best every day
- Ability to train and work with crew members of varying skill levels
