You’ll play a vital role in delivering the exceptional customer experience that defines our family-like team — turning stressful situations into seamless, satisfying outcomes for every customer.Join our family and help us drive excellence in auto collision repair.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough damage assessments and disassemble vehicles to identify all necessary repairsExecute precise structural and non-structural repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, welding, frame straightening, and alignment using industry-leading tools and equipmentFollow strict manufacturer guidelines, I-CAR repair procedures, and OEM specifications to ensure every repair meets or exceeds factory standardsRepair, refinish, and prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, masking, and blending for flawless resultsReassemble vehicles meticulously, test all systems, and perform final quality inspections to guarantee safety and satisfactionCollaborate closely with estimators, painters, and the team to maintain efficient workflow and meet delivery timelinesMentor and guide technician helpers, sharing expertise to support team development and growthMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols and regulationsQualifications & SkillsProven experience as a certified Auto Body Technician (I-CAR certification preferred; ASE Collision Repair certifications a plus)Strong track record of high-quality collision repairs on a variety of domestic and import vehiclesProficiency with modern repair techniques, including MIG/TIG welding, frame machines, and diagnostic toolsExcellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and physical stamina for demanding shop workCommitment to customer satisfaction and pride in delivering "like-new" resultsAbility to work independently and as part of a supportive, family-oriented teamValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent; formal training in auto body repair (vocational school or apprenticeship) strongly preferredAbility to study, learn OEM procedures and training. Additionally must complete OEM/manufacturer courses and certification. FLAT RATE : Based on experience and current OEM certifications$24 - $28 / Body -Hour Flat Rate$26 - $32 / Aluminum -Hour Flat Rate$26 - $32 / Frame -Hour Flat Rate$26 - $32 / Mechanical -Hour Flat RateFlat Rate Compensation is a performance-based structure directly tied to turned hours, also referred to as booked hours.
