Connie & Dick's Auto Service Center Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Auto Mechanic to join our team in Claremont, CA. THE BASICSPay: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 per year (hourly, base commission).Schedule: The position of Auto Mechanic requires a commitment to a standard work schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This schedule allows for a balanced work-life experience with weekends free.Benefits: We offer medical, dental, and vacation time. Additionally, we offer this position a cell phone allowance, access to modern diagnostic tools and equipment, and the opportunity to learn and advance your skills and tradecraft.YOUR DAYAs an Auto Mechanic, you will start your day by reviewing the day's digital work orders and preparing your workstation with the necessary tools and equipment. You will perform a variety of tasks, including automotive maintenance, vehicle inspection, troubleshooting, diagnostics, wheel and suspension service, and A/C service. Depending on your current certifications, you may use advanced diagnostic tools to diagnose and repair a range of vehicles, including hybrids and electric models like Teslas. Throughout the day, you will maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring efficiency and safety in your operations.
