Seasonal Pool Maintenance Technician (Route Tech) — Company Truck Benefits
Pisces Pools (South Denver Metro / Parker, CO)
Seasonal: Early April–End of October (weather dependent)
Pay: $19-$26/hr (performance-based growth path)

Schedule: Full-time, daytime hours (weekday routes; some schedule flexibility as needed) . Start time: 730 AM typically to 4 or 5.
Shop Location: Centennial, CO. 80112 (routes in South Denver Metro/Parker areas)
About the Role
We’re hiring a Seasonal Pool Maintenance Technician / Pool Route Tech to run weekly service routes in the South Denver Metro / Parker area. This is a customer-facing role for someone who works fast without sacrificing quality. We operate as a team, not as isolated technicians.
Responsibilities
- Perform weekly pool service: skim, brush, empty baskets, vacuum as needed
- Basic equipment/system checks each visit (pump/filter/heater/salt system visual checks)
- Test water chemistry and dose accurately
- Identify issues early and communicate clearly with customers office
- Complete required checklists and job notes (every visit)
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional job sites
- Support the team wherever needed (help cover routes, assist on problem pools, lend a hand on service days when required)
Production Expectations
- Typically 8–10 pools per day (varies by route, pool size, and conditions)
- High performers can reach ~12 pools/day on the right route — and that level of production earns higher pay.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Able to work outdoors in summer conditions and lift 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, professional appearance and communication
- Comfortable using a smartphone app for checklists/job notes
Preferred (Not Required)
- Pool route / pool service experience
- Mechanical aptitude (pumps, filters, heaters, valves, automation)
- Experience in related route-based work (pest control, irrigation, landscaping, field service)
Pay (Performance-Based)
- $19–$20/hr during training
- $21–$23/hr once you can run a route solo with few/no quality issues
- $23–$26/hr once you hit production quality targets for 60 days
- Top performers earn raises faster — hustle quality low callbacks = more pay.
