We are seeking a reliable and motivated Swimming Pool Facility Manager to oversee daily operations of a community aquatic facility. This role is responsible for staff supervision, safety enforcement, water quality, and delivering a positive experience for all patrons.
Rate:
$19 to $24 depending on age and experience.

Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and schedule lifeguard staff
- Ensure pool safety rules and emergency procedures are followed
- Monitor water chemistry and maintain facility cleanliness
- Conduct daily inspections and address maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents and handle patron concerns professionally
- Maintain records, reports, and supply inventory
Qualifications
- Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification (training available)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous aquatics or management experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Schedule
- Mid May through mid September
- Includes weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
