Responsibilities
- Efficiently managing and tracking of orders
- Formulating pricing recommendations
- Effective communication with vendors to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Collaborating with logistic and customer service teams daily
- Providing updated pricing and substitution information to customer service team
- Generating purchase orders, monitoring stock availability, expediting orders as necessary, and authorizing payment for purchases
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our network of manufacturers and vendors to proactively address potential supply disruptions and opportunities to leverage our buying power.
- Overseeing an annual inventory
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Relevant experience 3 years
- Previous experience in Warehousing/Distribution and/or Healthcare industries a strong plus
- Critical thinking and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical, numbers focused, problem solving.
- Knowledge of Finale software a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word
