Position Summary
The Business Development Representative exists for one purpose: to generate profitable new business for PIRTEK Lubbock. This is a true hunter role focused on opening new accounts, creating qualified opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term customers. This is not an account management, customer service, dispatch, or administrative position.
Mission
Generate profitable new business by identifying prospective customers, building relationships with decision-makers, earning first service opportunities, and converting those opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
Commission-only compensation based on Gross Profit generated from new business with uncapped earning potential.
Ideal Candidate
Month 1: Build pipeline, Generate quotes
Month 2: Deliver first wins.
Month 3: Produce consistent and sustainable growth and gross profit.

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. Primary Responsibilities
- Prospect through cold calls, in-person visits, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Meet decision-makers across the assigned territory.
- Schedule and conduct appointments.
- Promote the PIRTEK Lubbock Service Standard.
- Generate quote opportunities and secure first service calls.
- Document all prospecting activity in the CRM daily.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate smooth handoff to service and operations.
- Dispatch or scheduling
- Inventory management
- Administrative office duties outside of CRM
- General customer service
- General office responsibilities
