The second stand alone Piranesi boutique located in Colorado. The role will require year round devotion to growing customer relations.
Duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to every client, creating memorable luxury experiences
- Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and boutique targets
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and outreach
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Piranesi collections and craftsmanship
- Process transactions accurately and manage client data with discretion and professionalism
- Operate the credit card machine efficiently and generating invoices.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members from New York head office to ensure a smooth operation of the store.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards throughout the store.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sale.
- Experience in luxury markets
- Experience in seasonal stores.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. Spanish is a substantial second language in Vail.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
