For more details, please visit https://www.piramalcriticalcare.com/global/ Job Title Senior Executive-Production Job Description • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Commerce / Management preferred). • 3–8 years of experience as Executive Assistant/PA in manufacturing or industrial setup. • Experience in chemical/pharma/process industry preferred. 1. Executive & Administrative Support Manage the Site Head’s calendar, meetings, travel, and daily schedule. Prepare agendas, presentations, MIS reports, and briefing notes. Draft correspondence, emails, MOMs, and official communications. Maintain confidential records and documentation. 2. Coordination & Follow-ups Coordinate with Production, EHS, Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Supply Chain teams. Track action items from review meetings and ensure timely closure. Support plant review meetings (daily/weekly/monthly performance reviews). Liaise with corporate office and external stakeholders. 3. Reporting & Documentation Compile plant performance data (production, safety, quality, dispatch, downtime). Prepare monthly dashboards and performance summaries. Maintain compliance-related documentation as required. Support audits by organizing documents and coordination. 4. Communication Management Act as a communication bridge between Site Head and internal/external stakeholders. Screen calls, visitors, and correspondence. Draft and circulate plant notices and official communications. 5. Project & Operational Support Assist in tracking CAPEX projects and improvement initiatives. Support planning of plant events, inspections, and leadership visits. Monitor key operational KPIs and escalate deviations when needed.
