This role will be responsible for driving revenue, customer acquisition, and ROI by managing paid media, optimizing funnels, and leveraging insights across platforms. The incumbent will act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, agencies, and marketplace teams, ensuring consistent, profitable growth across the digital commerce ecosystem. Key Stakeholders: Internal Sales Team/Brand Marketing Team Ecommerce KAMs Key Stakeholders: External Marketplace / portals External Agencies Experience • 7–10 years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth • Strong exposure to e-commerce / D2C / FMCG / Consumer brands • Hands-on experience scaling paid media spends at high ROI • Experience working with large marketplaces and quickcommerce platforms is a must Competencies Responsibilities for Internal Candidates Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution Own end to end performance marketing strategy for e commerce channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit , Zepto , Instamart, D2C website, Marketplace & D2C Growth Lead paid growth initiatives on marketplace media tools (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.) Partner with category and marketplace managers to improve traffic quality, conversion rates, and share of voice Scale D2C acquisition while improving funnel efficiency and repeat purchase behavior Data, Analytics & Optimization Establish strong measurement frameworks , dashboards, and cohort analysis Continuously test creatives, audiences, offers, and landing experiences to improve ROI Use insights to influence pricing, assortment, promotions, and supply decisions Budget & Agency Management Own and manage annual and quarterly media budgets Work closely with performance marketing agencies to ensure best in class execution Drive efficiency by negotiating media rates, tools, and tech solutions Cross Functional Collaboration (Good to have) Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, E commerce Ops, Supply Chain, Finance, and Tech Align performance plans with brand launches, seasonal campaigns, and GTM priorities Support data backed decision making at leadership forums Team Leadership Build, mentor, and lead a high performing performance marketing team Foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and continuous improvement Qualifications for Internal CandidatesFull time Introduce yourself to our recruiters and we'll get in touch if there's a role that seems like a good match.
