Piquet Entertainment & Race Park is seeking a high-energy, hands-on Track Marshal to join our growing team! If you love racing, enjoy working outdoors, and are great with people, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor go-kart track activities
- Ensure safety rules are followed and clearly communicated
- Perform kart and track inspections & light maintenance
- Interact with guests, deliver top-tier customer service, and keep the energy high!
- Operate POS and timing systems
- Communicate clearly with team via 2-way radio
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and fun environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years old
- Passion for racing and motorsports
- Friendly, energetic, and comfortable engaging with guests
- Mechanical skills and comfort using tools (basic repairs)
- Physically able to walk, run, stand, lift up to 100 lbs, and work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented
- Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Guest service or hospitality experience is a plus
- Must pass a standard health and substance test
