About the Role

As a Human Resource Generalist at IRSG, you'll play an important role as a key resource for employees and management. This role is responsible for administering Human Resource policies, supporting employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management initiatives. The Human Resource Generalist helps ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and employee policies.

The ideal candidate will possess and/or demonstrate the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field and 2 years' experience (or equivalent combination).
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
