Key Responsibilities
- Review production schedules and BOMs to determine material needs.
- Track purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Assist with quoting, vendor communication, and purchase order entry.
- Communicate material status, shortages, and delays across departments.
- Maintain accurate data and documentation in the ERP system.
- Materials available on time for production.
- Accurate inventory and reduced discrepancies.
- Timely and complete PO processing.
- Strong communication and issue resolution across teams.
Qualifications
- 2 years in purchasing, inventory control, or materials coordination (manufacturing preferred).
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and BOMs.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Effective communicator and proactive problem-solver.
- Microsoft Excel Skills Necessary.
