Key Responsibilities
Traffic & Lead Generation
- Execute SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical improvements, and backlink management
- Support AEO/GEO efforts to improve visibility in AI-driven search
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase website conversions and inbound RFQs
- Build and manage automated workflows in HubSpot and Zapier for lead capture, routing, and follow-up
- Maintain CRM structure including list creation, imports, deduplication, and segmentation
- Research and implement tools to improve marketing performance and efficiency
- Track performance across campaigns using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and related tools
- Monitor metrics such as traffic, lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
- Generate insights to inform ongoing optimization
- Clean, organize, and analyze marketing data using Excel and Google Sheets
- Improve data quality and reporting processes to support decision-making
- Support campaign execution across content, email, social, and sales enablement
- Track projects in Asana to ensure deadlines and priorities are met
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams to support marketing initiatives
- Growth in website traffic and search visibility

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills
