TikTok Shop LIVE Host

We are seeking an energetic, engaging, and confident TikTok Shop Live Host to represent our brand during live shopping events. The ideal candidate has a strong on-camera presence, can think quickly in fast-paced environments, and loves connecting with audiences in real time. We will provide full training for the right individual — no prior hosting experience required.

Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus, as we aim to connect with a broader audience.

Responsibilities:
•    Host TikTok Shop live streams to promote products, highlight benefits, and engage viewers in real time.
•    Maintain high energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism throughout each live session.
•    Communicate product features clearly, accurately, and within brand guidelines.
•    Respond quickly to viewer comments, questions, and trends during Live events.
•    Collaborate with the marketing team to understand key talking points, campaign goals, and live-stream strategies.
•    Review performance metrics and continuously improve hosting techniques.
•    Participate in practice sessions, training, and content planning as needed.
•    Help drive sales through effective communication and audience engagement.
•    Additional Duties as assigned 

 Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred
•    Strong on-camera presence — comfortable speaking and presenting live.
•    Excellent verbal communication skills; able to think on your feet.
•    Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
•    Familiarity with TikTok, livestreaming, or social media trends is a plus.
•    Professional, reliable, and able to follow brand guidelines.
•    Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
•    Ability to hold conversations, interact naturally, and adapt to audience reactions.
