Inside Sales Representative — Stainless Steel / PVF Distributor
Piping Alloys USA, Inc. is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Lenexa, KS.
We are a stainless-only distributor selling pipe, valves, fittings, flanges, tubing, sanitary fittings, instrumentation fittings, hangers, and related PVF products to industrial, mechanical, food & beverage, manufacturing, and OEM customers.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. Experience in the industrial market is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering customer calls and emails
- Preparing quotes and entering sales orders
- Checking inventory and product availability
- Following up on quotes and customer requests
- Working with vendors on pricing and lead times
- Coordinating with warehouse and shipping teams
- Building strong customer relationships
Preferred qualifications:
- Inside sales or customer service experience
- PVF, plumbing, industrial supply, metals, or distribution experience is a plus
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
