Weekday Warrior schedule: 8 hour shifts, weekdays 2nd shift (2p-10p) only
This is a wonderful, UNIQUE opportunity in our Health Center! CNA Weekday Warriors have the opportunity to work 32 hours and get compensated for 40 hours or work 40 hours and get compensated for 48!
This position also comes with a $3,000 retention bonus paid out over the course of a full year of employment!

- Work 4 days a week (no weekends) (32 hours) and earn an extra 8 hour baylor bonus!
- Work 5 days a week (no weekends) (40 hours) and earn an extra 8 hour baylor bonus!

CNA Job Duties:
- Assists residents in our traditional skilled care unit (nursing home) with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, dining and activities.
- Demonstrates person-centered care in all elements of CNA functions and interactions.
- Ensures resident comfort and safety at all times, providing friendly, timely, and quality care.
- Promotes infection control practices; promotes and maintains resident health; and fosters a safe environment for residents, themselves, and their co-workers.

- Has an exceptional bedside manner and strong communication skills.
- Works well in a team-setting as well as independently.
- Demonstrates compassion as well as professionalism in all elements of their work.
- Active CNA License in the state of Maine
