We are currently looking for a Fixed Income Registered Sales Support Lead to join our the team in our Minneapolis, MN office.

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.

We are currently looking for a Fixed Income Registered Sales Support Lead to join our the team in our Minneapolis, MN office.
Responsibilities
- Provides assistance to sales representatives and other RSAs as necessary
- Provides assistance to RSA Manager as needed
- Relieves the sales representatives of operational/ administrative duties, allowing Sales Reps to concentrate efforts on selling
- Performs a variety of tasks for simple to moderately complex transactions or processes that require general knowledge of products and services
- Takes and executes simple or routine solicited/unsolicited orders in Sales Rep’s absence
- Assists with administrative support of client accounts; heavy client contact assisting with bids and offers, questions and problem solving; process client requests; heavy phone contact – ability to relay & coordinate; handle multiple tasks; project oriented; other clerical duties as directed
- General Knowledge of safekeeping and DVP account operations as well as cash management processing including ACH & wire transfers
- 1-2 year’s industry experience preferred
- Strong PC skills
- Bloomberg exposure
- Excellent communication and administrative skills required
- Prioritization and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines required
- Commitment to quality customer service is required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Series 7 and 63 preferred or required to obtain within first twelve months of employment
