Program Overview: Our annual Career Exploration Program (CEP) is a two-day program that will take place January 22-23, 2026 for undergraduate students to learn more about Piper Sandler and our Investment Banking Summer Analyst opportunities. Participants will develop skills as future young professionals in financial services. Piper Sandler encourages talented undergraduate sophomore students from all majors and disciplines to apply and be considered for the program. As a participant in the program, you will: Gain exposure to our various Investment Banking Groups Hear directly from our junior employees Interact with our firm's senior leadership Engage in group discussions and activities with outside consultants Network with your peers from around the country CEP Participants will be considered for 2027 Investment Banking Summer Analyst opportunities within the following offices: Birmingham, Boston, Burlingame, Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Minneapolis, Richmond, San Francisco. Candidates interested in our New York office should not apply. Applications for 2027 Summer Analyst opportunities in New York will open in January 2026. The two-day program will be held in person at Piper Sandler’s Minneapolis Headquarters and all travel costs will be covered by PSC for participants. Qualifications: Currently enrolled as an undergraduate sophomore (class of 2028) at a four-year undergraduate institution Interest in the financial services industry, specifically Investment Banking On-campus involvement or leadership Desire to learn Enthusiasm!
