We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can lead end-to-end product design for complex, data-rich applications. This role involves everything from user research and information architecture to creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct user research and synthesize insights into personas and journey maps.
- Define task flows and interaction patterns for enterprise-grade applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
- Run usability tests and iterate based on findings.
- Develop and maintain design systems and accessibility standards.
- Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design for complex workflows.
- Experience with user research, interaction design, and data visualization.
- Ability to design dashboards and operational tools with clear hierarchy.
- Familiarity with responsive design and front-end constraints.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B or mission-critical environments.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and internationalization.
- Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
