We are looking for someone who is coming from an EV Charging or Retail Background with:
- Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or Economics.
- 5-7 Years of site acquisition experience within the Charging and Infrastructure industry or similar.
- History of completing the full site acquisition process from origination to contracting to executing real estate contracts and leases with the corresponding 3rd Parties.
- 5 Years working in a high-intensity and high-volume acquisition role.
Responsibilities:
- Developing, analyzing, and executing on a pipeline of sites that meet our clients requirements for new charging locations.
- Leading the contract and lease negotiations with 3rd parties for long-terms leases and purchase agreements.
- Managing a high-volume pipeline and constantly refreshing said pipeline with new prospects.
- Working highly cross-functionally to maximize efficiency and suitability of development efforts.
