Operations Manager - RNG - Wisconsin
Piper Maddox has partnered up with a leading in the Renewable Natural Gas space, looking for an Operations Manager to be responsible for the overall management of their plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads a team of employees by overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and addressing disciplinary matters.
- Optimizes operational costs and drives profitability through activities such as negotiating contracts and collaborating with equipment manufacturers and vendors to manage equipment expenses.
- Identifies and resolves day-to-day operational challenges on-site by analyzing issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Provides training on the company’s safety program to the operations team, ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Maintenance and operating experience in an industrial or gas processing environment
- Preferred experience with BioGas, RNG, and/or wastewater
- Ability to lead operations teams and a plant.
Salary : $135,000 - $145,000
