Senior Financial Analyst
Location: San Francisco, California (Hybrid)
Piper Maddox is partnered with a top-tier independent power producer and one of North America’s most respected renewable energy developers. They have built a strong portfolio of utility-scale wind, solar, and transmission projects.
With a massive pipeline in development, the organization is continuing to scale. They are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain project finance models.
- Prepare presentations and memos for investment committees and external stakeholders.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses to highlight risks.
- Support capital planning and market research to stay ahead of evolving financial trends.
- Respond efficiently to information requests from lenders and tax equity investors.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, structured finance, or energy finance.
- Strong Excel modeling skills.
- Familiarity with DCF modeling, sensitivity analysis, and capital structuring.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
