Piper Maddox is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our Business Planning Team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' logistics and financial processes related to niche products and system integration services.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and adept at efficiently handling routine tasks. You will collaborate closely with various internal and external business groups, managing daily shipments and billing activities, and maintaining communication with locations in Korea and manufacturing subsidiaries in the U.S.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily shipments
- Revenue processing
- Communication with parent companies and manufacturing subsidiaries to ensure alignment and smooth operation across all business units (Korea/USA)
- Collaboration: Working closely with logistics, finance, sales, and external partners to support seamless operations and address any issues that may arise
- Documentation and reporting: Preparing and maintaining detailed records of shipments, revenue transactions, and generating reports to support business operations and decision-making
- Process improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve logistics and financial processes, contributing to increased efficiency and effectiveness in operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, finance, or a related field, preferably within the energy or manufacturing industry, with experience in international communication and coordination an advantage
- Familiarity with Battery Energy Storage Systems or similar products a plus but not required
