Responsibilities of the Technical Trainer include:
- Train staff in GLP, SOP, and protocol compliance
- Provide hands-on instruction in animal handling, dosing, bleeding, necropsy, and DART techniques
- Develop and implement training programs and documentation procedures
- Evaluate technical competencies and support SOP creation and revisions
- B.S., B.A., or A.A.S. in Life Sciences or equivalent lab experience
- Minimum 2 years in a toxicology lab environment
- Proficient in Provantis, animal techniques, and staff training
- LAT/ALAT certification preferred; IRFM certification a strong plus
- Rate Range: $65,000–$95,000, depending on experience
