Technical Trainer

Piper Companies is looking for a Technical Trainer to join a preclinical toxicology research company located in Baltimore, Maryland.

Responsibilities of the Technical Trainer include:

• Train staff in GLP, SOP, and protocol compliance
• Provide hands-on instruction in animal handling, dosing, bleeding, necropsy, and DART techniques
• Develop and implement training programs and documentation procedures
• Evaluate technical competencies and support SOP creation and revisions
  
  

Qualifications for the Technical Trainer include:

• B.S., B.A., or A.A.S. in Life Sciences or equivalent lab experience
• Minimum 2 years in a toxicology lab environment
• Proficient in Provantis, animal techniques, and staff training
• LAT/ALAT certification preferred; IRFM certification a strong plus
  
  

Compensation for the Technical Trainer includes:

• Rate Range: $65,000–$95,000, depending on experience
• Comprehensive Benefit Package: Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, Sick Leave as Required by Law
