- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 5 years leading complex technology initiatives in digital transformation and platform development.
- 2 years in people management within high-performing teams.
- Proven experience in engineering excellence, agile delivery, and scrum management.
- Expertise in SDLC, microservices architecture, cloud solutions, AI/ML, and DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Lean methodologies and Continuous Deployment practices.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences.
- Leadership abilities focused on innovation and talent development.
- Salary Range: $125,000 – $160,000 annually, based on experience and certifications
- 20% annual bonus eligibility
