Technical Customer Success Specialist - - 177225

Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Customer Success Specialist to join a growing technology solutions and managed services organization. The Technical Customer Success Specialist will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximize the value of cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and IT solutions through proactive support, technical consultation, and relationship management. The Technical Customer Success Specialist role is a contract opportunity and requires you to work on site one day per week in Morrisville, NC.

Responsibilities of the Technical Customer Success Specialist:

• Build and maintain customer relationships as the primary technical point of contact. Conduct discovery sessions and provide technology recommendations aligned with customer goals.
• Lead onboarding, training, and adoption initiatives for products and services.
• Support Microsoft 365 deployments, cloud migrations, and security best-practice implementation.
• Assess customer environments and recommend cloud, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
• Advise customers on cybersecurity best practices, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  
  

Requirements of the Technical Customer Success Specialist:

• 3 years of experience in customer success, technical support, solutions consulting, or managed services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Experience with Active Directory, identity management, and authentication technologies.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, wireless networking, infrastructure troubleshooting, and virtual machines.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
• Preferred experience with Azure, GCP, Cisco Meraki, PowerShell, Python, or API integrations.
  
  

Compensation for the Technical Customer Success Specialist:

• Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000
• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
