Key Responsibilities
Platform Operations & Engineering
- Administer and enhance Windows Active Directory (domains, Group Policy, OU design, domain services)
- Manage and maintain PKI infrastructure, including digital certificates, CRLs, OCSP, and lifecycle management
- Support identity services including authentication, authorization, and directory integrations
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of platform services
- Develop and optimize PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and system maintenance
- Build workflows to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency
- Create reusable modules, documentation, and operational runbooks
- Implement security best practices across Active Directory and certificate services
- Partner with security teams to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Conduct audits, access reviews, and support vulnerability remediation efforts
- Monitor system health, performance, and capacity across platform services
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to:
- Authentication & identity services
- Certificates / PKI
- Domain controllers & replication
- Group Policy (GPO)
- Support incident response and resolution for outages or service degradation
Required
- Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory administration and engineering
- Experience managing PKI / certificate services (CRLs, OCSP, lifecycle management)
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and identity-related issues
- Experience working in a regulated or enterprise-scale environment
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- A problem-solver who can own issues from root cause through resolution
- Someone who can balance engineering improvements with operational support
- A collaborative partner who can work across infrastructure, security, and application teams
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment
